We're are delighted to invite you to join us on Thursday, January 31, 2002, as we present "Dinner with the Wines of the 1998 Bordeaux Vintage... at POSTO." Our special guest this evening will be Don Schliff, noted importer and authority on French wines, most particularly Bordeaux. Don makes several trips to Bordeaux each year and is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on all aspects of its wines and chateaux.

It is a pleasure to showcase the 1998 vintage of the great wine-growing region of Bordeaux, France. The vintage produced excellent wines which can be consumed now or aged for many, many years. We will present wines from eight different regions throughout Bordeaux, all made from varying combinations of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot grape varieties. Thus, we will have the opportunity to taste the differences from each micro-climate and terroir. Don has assisted us in selecting wines of both high quality and affordability. And, yes, we plan to offer them at special prices for this event.

Posto Proprietor Piero Selvaggio, along with his talented Executive Chef Steve Samson and General Manager Santo Selvaggio, has designed a delectable menu to complement these excellent 1998 Bordeaux wines, so we are assured of a remarkably delicious and enjoyable evening.

Full payment must accompany your reservation. No tickets are issued; you will be notified if your reservation cannot be accepted. Cancellation deadline for full refund is January 29.
