We know you'll want to join us for SUPER SEMINAR XXXI on Thursday, November 21, 2002. This year, our traditional end-of-the-year event will honor two of our most popular special guests as we help them celebrate two special anniversaries. DAN DUCKHORN of DUCKHORN VINEYARDS has just completed the winery's 25TH HARVEST and is beginning their 25TH ANNIVERSARY YEAR! JIM CLENDENEN of AU BON CLIMAT has been celebrating his winery's 20TH ANNIVERSARY throughout this year. Our theme for these two celebrations will feature a retrospective look back at some historical wines from both wineries.

Since DUCKHORN VINEYARDS is famous for spearheading the popularity of California Merlot throughout the world, we will present a retrospective tasting of their fabulous Three Palms Merlot from three outstanding vintages, plus a sneak preview of the next release (2000). DAN will be on hand, of course, to offer his smiles, charm and comments about these as well as several other selections front Duckhorn's "Flyway of Fine Wines."

JIM CLENDENEN, the "Mind Behind" AU BON CLIMAT, his flagship winery, is known for his long line-up of outstanding, inventive Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. Our retrospective tasting will showcase his first Pinot Noir release - the 1982 Los Alamos and his first vintage of Isabelle - 1994. We will also present Jim's terrific XXTH ANNIVERSARY CHARDONNAY, produced to commemorate this special milestone, and sneak previews of his 2001 Isabelle and Knox Alexander Pinot Noirs. Of course, JIM will bring us his usual warmth, knowledge and mesmerizing personality.

The cost for this "Super Seminar" is $40.00 each for the member and the first guest. Additional guest and non-member reservations are $45.00 each. Full payment must accompany your reservation.
