The term "saldo" mostly means "balance on hand" or "from here to there." This wine represents the best of the best lots made by Dave Phinney of Orin Swift Cellars from vineyards all across Northern California. The grapes are from Sonoma, Napa, Amador, Mendocino, and Contra Costa counties.
