The delicious Four Vines 2008 "Naked" Chardonnay, Santa Barbara, sees no oak, as it is fermented in 100% stainless steel. Flavors of apple, white peach and pear with hints of citrus are followed by a long, satisfying finish. Eat oysters and drink "Naked"... great with a friend. We have had such huge success with the Stone House Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel that many people asked us to find a similar white wine. The Duke staff responded with "lets get Naked." This Chardonnay drinks like a much higher-priced wine and is fast becoming our wine of choice for everyday Chardonnay.
