We are delighted to invite you to join us on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, for "SUPER SEMINAR XXXVI." It is a true pleasure to continue the tradition of holding this special event during the holidays. It is an even greater pleasure to welcome back three of the DUKE'S and your special friends for this super event! Yes, the team of JIM CLENDENEN, DAN DUCKHORN and BOB LONG, with their talents for showmanship and winemanship, will stage a dynamic presentation of their super wines.

Jim will exhibit a selection of his world-class Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs from Au Bon Climat and Clendenen Family Vineyards, as well as two aged Italian varietals. Dan will spotlight multiple stars from his three famous estates - Duckhorn Vineyards, Paraduxx, and Goldeneye - including our annual pre-release showing of Three Palms Merlot. Bob will début the two spectacular new Long Vineyards wines from the Bob & Pat Long Estate Vineyard high atop Pritchard Hill. Less than 150 cases of 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon and less than 50 cases of 2005 Chardonnay were produced. (As you may know, the original Long Vineyards property was sold a few years ago by Bob's parents and Bob no longer has access to those grapes.)

This will be quite a night filled with great excitement and several super surprises. We also will have special discounts on the wines presented at this event. We hope to see you there!

Wow! This sounds fantastic! The cost for "SUPER SEMINAR XXXVI" is $60.00 per person for the member and one guest; additional guest and non-member reservations are $65.00 per person. We encourage you to respond promptly, as we expect a complete sell-out for this special evening. Full payment must accompany your reservation. No tickets are issued; you will be notified if your reservation cannot be accepted. Cancellation deadline for full refund is December 2. While bread and cheese will be served, we recommend that you have dinner prior to the event. The Warner Center Marriott's Breeze restaurant offers several early-bird dinner options as well as a "no-corkage policy" if you bring your own fine wine.
