If you are not pleased with any non-tobacco item you purchase from El Fumador return the item in original condition within 10 days of purchase and we will issue a refund or credit for the full amount less shipping and handling. If you are not satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from El Fumador after you have tried one or two cigars, (excluding single sales) we will refund or credit your purchase price LESS the individual retail price of the cigars you have smoked. Returns accepted only with original cellophane wrappers intact. YOU MUST PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. We ask that you repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within ten days of delivery, with instructions to send you either a refund or credit.

We ship by US Postal Service Priority. There is 2-3 day service to most destinations. They are cheaper and faster. U.P.S. and Fed Ex delivery is available at extra cost if you prefer. Shipping charges will be added to your order reflecting accurate postage and insurance rates. The approximate rates are as follows:

Up to 1 pound and $50.00 value --$6.45
2 pounds and $100.00 value--Between $6.90 to $9.55 depending on postal zone. addition $2.15 insurance cost if over $100.00 in value.
3 pounds and $300.00 value--Between $7.50 to $13.00 depending on postal zone. plus $4.60 for insurance
US Express mail service, next day to most locations including Saturdays:
Up to 1 pound-From $14.55 to $23.40 depending upon distance
Up to 2 pounds-From $15.70 to $25.65 depending upon distance plus approx. $0.95 per $100 of insurance over $100.00 in value.
3 pounds-From $16.65 to $29.40 depending upon distance plus approx. $0.95 per $100 of insurance over $100.00 in value.
Express mail International from $23.95 depending upon weight and distance plus $0.95 per $100 insurance if over $100.00 in value.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

1. If your country does not allow tobacco to be imported from the United States, then we cannot service you. Please be aware of your country's guidelines before processing your order. Your local Postal Service can supply this information.

2. All international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail. We use this method because it is fast, insured and traceable. If you prefer another method for cost purposes we will accommodate, but we do not recommend it. The actual shipping costs are figured when the order is charged and may differ from the price quoted on your order.

3. Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise, or anything else of that nature we cannot be held accountable. If the package is lost in transit or damaged prior to reaching customs, then the package is insured through the USPS.

4. We require a front and back copy of the credit card being used for the purchase to be faxed to us, for proof of card number and signature. Please make sure that the copies are light enough to be legible once faxed. This is very important.

5. We require a front and back copy of your Driver's License for proof of age, identity, signature match, etc. Again, please make sure that the copies are light enough to be legible once faxed, very important.
