The newest cigar from Pepin and Jaime Garcia features a stunning Cuban-seed wrapper grown by Oliva Cigar Co. in Ecuador and Nicaraguan tobacco grown on farms run by the Garcia family. The Cremas is the size of a toro with a slightly tapered tip, reminiscent of a shortened Edmundo Dantes El Conde 109. The lancero has typically ideal Garcia construction, with a short and very neat pigtail. These cigars are the first to feature tobacco grown on the Garcia's Nicaraguan farms, which they have been harvesting for two years.

If you are not pleased with any non-tobacco item you purchase from El Fumador return the item in original condition within 10 days of purchase and we will issue a refund or credit for the full amount less shipping and handling. If you are not satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from El Fumador after you have tried one or two cigars, (excluding single sales) we will refund or credit your purchase price LESS the individual retail price of the cigars you have smoked. Returns accepted only with original cellophane wrappers intact. YOU MUST PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. We ask that you repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within ten days of delivery, with instructions to send you either a refund or credit.

We ship by US Postal Service Priority. There is 2-3 day service to most destinations. They are cheaper and faster. U.P.S. and Fed Ex delivery is available at extra cost if you prefer. Shipping charges will be added to your order reflecting accurate postage and insurance rates. The approximate rates are as follows:

Up to 1 pound and $50.00 value --$6.55
2 pounds and $100.00 value--Between $7.24 to $10.55 depending on postal zone. addition $2.75 insurance cost if over $100.00 in value.
3 pounds and $300.00 value--Between $10.51 to $14.55 depending on postal zone. plus $4.70 for insurance
US Express mail service, next day to most locations including Saturdays:
Up to 1 pound-From $18.81 to $23.89 depending upon distance
Up to 2 pounds-From $19.86 to $26.27 depending upon distance plus approx. $0.75 per $100 of insurance over $100.00 in value.
3 pounds-From $21.09 to $30.07 depending upon distance plus approx. $0.75 per $100 of insurance over $100.00 in value.
Express mail International from $23.95 depending upon weight and distance plus $0.75 per $100 insurance if over $100.00 in value.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

1. If your country does not allow tobacco to be imported from the United States, then we cannot service you. Please be aware of your country's guidelines before processing your order. Your local Postal Service can supply this information.

2. All international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail. We use this method because it is fast, insured and traceable. If you prefer another method for cost purposes we will accommodate, but we do not recommend it. The actual shipping costs are figured when the order is charged and may differ from the price quoted on your order.

3. Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise, or anything else of that nature we cannot be held accountable. If the package is lost in transit or damaged prior to reaching customs, then the package is insured through the USPS.

4. There are currently no geographic restrictions against customers with Canadian or other International billing addresses. However, we do use an address verification system, and many credit card issuing financial institutions based outside of the United States do not participate in this system. If we advise you that the address you are entering does not match what your bank has on file, or your bank does not participate in the system and we are unable to verify your information then we would like for you to do the following:

Please make a copy of your drivers license or passport, or credit card statement, that will help us verify your address. Please send one of these copies to us in one of the following two methods:
  1. download this info into your computer and send it to us as an attachment in an e-mail
  2. fax the copies to us. Please make sure that the copies are light enough to be legible once faxed, very important. The number to fax to us is 412-741-3831. Please call your local operator for the correct country codes.
